The legend of Indian History -I


Hello friend,
Today in my office few peoples are talking about the holiday on 2nd October. On 2nd October our office will be off due to national holiday, We will going to celebrate the birthday of our national father(RastraPitha) Mahatma Gandhi.
Now what is my point that the guys remember the Birth Day of mahatma Gandhi because it will be holiday on that day, but no one of them know that today is birthday of Bhagat Singh The legend in Indian history. Even I ask my colleague and most of them answer that Bhagat Singh is one of their ideal. So you remember the person only if there will be a national holiday only. Bhagat Singh was a great leader. Once he decided to live for the country its his immense power that he martyr  in his early age. He was one of the best manager who lead a small troop but achieve what he wanted.

Live Happily Attract customers

Hi friends,
Today I got a lesson which I would like to share with you. Saturday I have half working day in the office,so before leaving office I call one of my friend Arvind so that we can spent some time, as its long to meet college friends.
As he is doing his own business he has some work in the market, he need some goods to supply to his customers, that was part used in big machines.He caught me from the office . Both of us were in big market. He went to one of the shop and inquired for his needs. The man at the shop greeted us with a long smile ask us to sit as the authorize person was not present in office. He was a nice man ask Arvind about his business also where is the last person who generally used to come to their office and many other things with Arvind. I was enjoying the session, for a single moment I didn't feel bore there.We both enjoy talking to him rather he was busy with his big ledger. After few minutes completing the inquiries we moved to anther shop.
The shop was big and the mentor over there was an electrical engineer indulge  into the business from very long time. He behaved very rudely. He was even not looking interested in the inquires though he know that Arvind is his regular customer, we spend around half an hour on the shop for getting our requirements. I was feeling bore at the office there, so I made myself busy in reading newspaper.
Suddenly, my concentration breaks I saw that the boss was shouting on his employees. See what image his customer make in their mind at that time.
  • The person was very rude.
  • He was dominating kind of person.
More ever, me and Arvind conclude that he was frustrating kind of person even Arvind said to me that from very next time he will try to avoid to come back on the same office instead he will try to deal with the forst person we meet more.

So what is my point that always present yourself happy in front of your customers. Respect them, try to involve in their business, for this sentence I mean talk to them about their business. Let realize them that you are really interested in them as well as you cares about their sales and their business.

Try to not let them know that you are under pressure instead present your self cool and calm in front of them.
