How to get correct output from employe

This is my first post regarding management. Few days back I read the article which makes to learn me how we can get the employs work with more enthusiasm and more energy. I let you understand this by taking and example.
There are two managers having equal team. Both the teams were trained from the same source and both the team was having same capabilities.
Once the managers of both the teams were called, and assign the same project. It was a kind of test for the managers.
Team A‘s manager goes to his team and said:
“This is an exam for us, and we have to win it by hook or by crook. I don’t want to know how can you do this, All I want to know is how will you do it,”. He asked to employs to devote more and more time. He pressurizes the worker. Now if there is any mistake by workers he started shouting on them.
Now the workers afraid from him.
While on the other hand the team B’s manager took the meeting of the employs and said:
“Hey team we got another great opportunity. Apart from our daily task now we can utilize our spare time to improve our skills more, we are assigned a great project which is very knowledgeable and full of challenges to prove our self. We will have lots of fun doing these”. Now the employs are very excited and desperately waiting that this project should assign to them. They started with lots of energy and enthusiasm to complete the project.
And finally you all know who win, YES you are correct TEAM B.
So always use positive and enthusiastic word for employs. Try not to pressurize them because “Talents comes out from PASSION not from PRESSURE”. Be friendly with them. Always with them when they need your help.
